Arete High School Football β Spring Workouts Begin Next Week!
Spring football workouts will be held on campus during the following dates and times:
Week 1: May 6th-9th
6th: 6pm-8:30pm
7th: 6pm-8:30pm
8th: 6pm-8:30pm
9th: 6pm-8pm
Week 2: May 12th-15th
12th: 6pm-8pm
13th: 6pm-8:30pm
14th: 6pm-8:30pm
15th: 6pm-8:30pm
The days that go to 8:30 will be lifting from 6pm-7pm, classroom/film 7pm-7:30, field from 7:30-8:30
The days that go till 8 will be 6-6:30ish film (can go longer if needed), 6:30-8pm field
All incoming 9thβ12th grade students are highly encouraged to attend. This is a great opportunity to meet your coaches and teammates, sharpen your skills, and begin building strength, speed, and endurance.
No cost and no equipment required.
Offseason Lifting
Football strength training is already underway and will continue through the summer (with brief breaks for holidays) on:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
6:00 PM β 8:00 PM
