AIA 23-24 Sports Registration & Physical (Required)
These Forms are required for ALL Athletes. 1. Please download the forms. 2. Fill out all information, make sure both the student and parent have signed each form. 3. See a Physician for a physical, and bring the paperwork with you, so that they can fill it out. Each Athlete must have an updated physical each year to participate in Athletics.

The Arete Prep Chargers would like to present our 2023-24 Athletic Sponsorship Opportunities to you! This unique opportunity includes high visibility to your company through both our junior high and high school athletics and fine arts events, creating outstanding exposure for our sponsors. In addition to our regularly scheduled events, schools and clubs from all over the valley and state visit our location for athletic and nonathletic events.
